SUMMARY OF BUSINESS INTEGRITY PRINCIPLES
The CEOC Group seeks to work with business partners who share the Group’s commitment to business integrity. The following is a summary of the key principles contained in the Group’s Business Integrity Framework.
- The Group and its personnel will comply with relevant legislation at all times
- The Group and its personnel will not pay, knowingly cause to be paid or accept any bribes or facilitation payments
- The Group and its personnel will comply with the environmental, health and safety laws, rules and regulations of the relevant territory in which the Group is operating
- The Group and its personnel will seek to avoid unauthorised environmental, health or safety incidents, and if such an incident does occur, the incident will be reported as soon as practicable and the Group and its personnel will seek to rectify that issue as quickly and effectively as practically possible
- Group personnel will avoid conflicts of interest
- Group personnel shall avoid offering or receiving any gift, gratuity or entertainment that might be perceived to unfairly prejudice a business relationship, or which, if made public, could reasonably be expected to damage the reputation or good standing of the Group
- Group personnel shall at all times behave in a manner not likely to have a negative impact on the reputation of the Group
- Group personnel shall refrain from any form of discrimination or harassment
