BNRI is a division of Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank Plc. BNRI has two representatives, Meb Somani and Giles Byford, serving as non-executive directors on the board of CEOC Limited.

Owned by 61 countries, the European Union and the European Investment Bank, EBRD works together with the private sector financing projects in 29 countries from central Europe to central Asia. EBRD has one representative, Natalia Lacorzana, serving as a non-executive director on the board of CEOC Limited.
