- Andrija Kojaković: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
- Andrija has more than 20 years experience in the oil industry. He was CEO of the Croatian state oil company INA 1995 – 1997. From 1992 -1995 he was the first Croatian Ambassador to PR China, and from 1997-2002 he served as the Croatian Ambassador to the Court of St James’s in London. He joined EBRD in 2002 and worked there until the end of 2006 as an Adviser to the Director for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia.
- Vedran Perše: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Vedran has more than 20 years experience with both national oil and private trading oil companies. He spent seventeen years in INA dd, the largest national oil company in the former Yugoslavia, including nine years as Deputy MD and Managing Director of INA’s oil and products trading operations based in London. For the last seven years he has been a partner in Deltagrip Trading LLP one of the largest privately held petroleum products trading and midstream companies in Central Europe.
- Francis Gugen: Advisor to BNRI
- Francis is Executive Chairman of Island Gas Resources plc, and Non-Executive Chairman of Petroleum Geo Services and Chrysaor. Francis is also a member of the CBI’s Economic Affairs committee. Until 2000 Francis spent 18 years with Amerada Hess Corporation, where he became CEO of the UK in 1995 and of NW Europe in 1998. Francis is a past president of the UK Offshore Operators Association, founder member of the UK Government’s Oil & Gas Task Force. In 2002 he co-founded CH4 and was Non-Executive Chairman until its sale to Venture Production in 2006.

- Lynda Armstrong: Non-Executive Director
- Lynda has 35 years of oil and gas industry experience with Shell International. Assignments have included UK Exploration and New Business Development Director, Exploration Director of Petroleum Development Oman and from 2005-2010 as Technical Vice President leading technology centres in the US, Netherlands and India.She is a Chair of the trustees of the British Safety Control and a trustee of Engineering UK which promotes science and engineering as a profession to young people.
She was awarded the OBE for services to the UK oil and gas Industry in 2003 and is a Fellow of the Energy Institute.

- James McClure: COO and Technical Director
- James began his career in 1987 as an engineer in the Gulf of Mexico for TOTAL and then ARCO. In 1990, he joined Unocal where he progressed through several engineering positions. In 1997, he transferred to Lafayette, Louisiana where he was an Operations Superintendent, followed by Strategic Planning Manager, and then Asset Manager – Mobile Bay. In 2002, James transferred to Balikpapan, Indonesia where he was GM of Unocal’s (later Chevron’s) Offshore Shelf Operations and Development Division. In 2006, he moved to London, England to join Petro-Canada (later Suncor) as their Regional Manager of North Africa & Near East Division. James holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
- Richard Trigle: Commercial Adviser
- Richard has 22 years of ‘exploration to burner tip’ upstream experience in Europe, USA, Latin America and SE Asia. Starting with Schlumberger, he then worked for BP in the UK and USA. After studying for an MBA he joined Hess where he spent 11 years in a variety of positions, latterly as head of UK developments. Most recently he was Commercial GM for Serica Energy. Richard has a strong track record in negotiating and managing large, long-term joint ventures and developing and delivering commercially-driven, insightful strategies.
- Daniel Stewart-Roberts: Compliance and Finance Officer
- Daniel is a multilingual chartered accountant who has spent much of his career in Central Europe, both as a Big Four firm partner and in E&P. After many years with Deloitte in the UK and Hong Kong he moved to Hungary in 1991. After working on the privatisation of MOL he spent 3 years as the company’s accounting and tax director. A period as Finance Director of Paladin Resources was followed by a year in Russia implementing improved reporting at TNK-BP. Before joining CEOC Daniel spent 3 years at Deloitte providing risk services to clients in Romania and Bulgaria.
